As a coach, consultant and trainer for organisational psychology, personal development and leadership, I support my clients – individuals, teams and organisations – in a phase of change, a decision-making process, or simply in a moment when a deeper reflection makes sense.

On my professional path as a project and team leader in HR, as a consultant, trainer, lecturer and coach, I have dealt intensively with people in organisations, their often unconscious behaviour as well as hidden dynamics in teams and the organisation as a whole. I like to use this wealth of knowledge and experience to accompany my clients towards their optimal fulfillment and performance.
