Approach

Through my reflective and empathic approach, I build trusting relationships with my clients and meet them where they are. I adopt a psychodynamic-systemic way of thinking. This means that both the individual and his or her system – be it the team, the whole organisation or the family – are considered.
Our confidential conversations create a retreat and address things that otherwise find no place. Through my open questions and active listening, new insights can be found about oneself and one’s surroundings. In this way, the view of the big picture often becomes clearer and new solutions can be found.

My clients are ultimately responsible for their own progress. This requires curiosity and courage to talk about unspoken things, to acknowledge vulnerabilities, and hard work to learn and grow. The first prerequisite for this collaborative approach is mutual respect and trust. I offer a safe reflective space, where my clients feel free to express themselves openly and without fear.
